To help develop our culture, PCL employed the services of former All Black Norm Hewitt. Norm is an influential figure in the sports world and a long-time local.
In 2014 he joined PCL Contracting as a consultant working to help us deliver our company vision and help management develop a support structure so we could foster a company culture that strengthened our communication and helped create mentally strong individuals.
As a company, we are committed to ensuring that the positive relationships we foster at work are reflected outside work too. Our Fun Days are just that – fun! They are a big part of building a team that can work together to share the same goal and our First Day Back at the start of each year all help us to be the best we can be.
Ongoing training and professional development are a core part of our operation and everyone is committed to ongoing learning – from the most junior to the most senior members of our team.
